1. Warranty Coverage
Purchase of the following products includes a limited manufacturer warranty:
Patriot Motorcycle Dashcams
Patriot Helmet-Mounted Dashcams
Patriot Car Dashcams
Patriot Motorcycle Bluetooth Headsets
Patriot Safes
Main Unit Warranty: 1-year limited warranty. Some models include an optional 2-year extended warranty.
Accessory Warranty: Accessories such as lenses, controllers, GPS modules, cables, headsets, and mounts are covered for 90 days.
Battery Warranty: 1-year limited warranty. During the warranty period, the battery must retain at least 70% of its original capacity.
If inspection by our service experts determines the battery no longer meets this standard, you are entitled to a free battery replacement.
Warranty Activation and Required Documents:
At the time of purchase, please ask the dealer to complete the warranty card with:

Product Serial Number
Purchase Date
Dealer’s Official Stamp
Please keep the warranty card, receipt, or proof of purchase. These documents are required for service.
If unavailable, the warranty period will be calculated based on the product’s serial number (SN) and production date.
2. Limited Warranty Terms
Under normal use, Patriot will provide repair services if the product develops a fault.
Warranty Exclusions:
Damage caused by improper use, such as cracks, water damage, extreme temperature or humidity exposure, drops, or liquid intrusion.
Accidents or force majeure, such as collisions, natural disasters, earthquakes, or lightning strikes.
Improper handling, disassembly, modification, or installation of non-original parts.
Software tampering, unauthorized modifications, or installation of non-certified software that results in malfunction or hardware failure.
Repair Policy:
Within the warranty period, non-user-caused defects will first be inspected and repaired.
Repairs may include component replacement or device replacement with the same model.
If the issue cannot be resolved after parts replacement, a replacement unit of the same model will be provided.
3. Memory Card Usage & Precautions
Due to differences in specifications and quality among memory cards on the market, Patriot products cannot guarantee compatibility with all memory cards.
If abnormal card behavior prevents video storage, please replace the card with a new one from your dealer.
Usage Recommendations:
First-time use: Insert the memory card into the dashcam and perform formatting.
Regular formatting: Format once a month to maintain optimal performance and prevent file corruption caused by bad sectors.
Formatting warning: Formatting will erase all data. Please back up important files first.
Do not remove the card during recording: This may cause file corruption.
Card lifespan: Memory cards have limited read/write cycles. Prolonged use may lead to slower speeds or data failure. Replace the card when necessary.
