Received Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item (not a trial period, including holidays) and provide the following information:
Order Number
Contact Phone Number
Clear photos of the affected items
Customer service will assist you with the follow-up process.
Return & Exchange Policy
Non-defective items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unconditional returns/exchanges are allowed only under the following circumstances:
The received item does not match the order.
Item accessories are incomplete or inconsistent with packaging description.
Items are defective or damaged during shipping.
Returns/exchanges must be for the entire order, and items must remain in new condition with complete packaging (including main product, accessories, gifts, warranty card, and original packaging).
The item and contents must not have any damage, shortage, marks, scratches, deformation, burnt circuits, interface or pin damage, moisture, barcode/warranty label damage or tampering, or signs of usage or incorrect installation.
Returns/exchanges are not accepted after 7 days of the inspection period (including holidays).
Personal hygiene items such as earphones cannot be returned once unsealed, according to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.
Refund Policy
Returned items will not count toward member points.
Coupons or discount codes used cannot be restored or refunded.
For bundle promotions, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the returned items. Free gifts received under promotion must also be returned if the order no longer meets the minimum purchase requirement.
Return & Refund Process
Log in → Member Area → View Orders → Click “Request Return” within 7 days of receipt. Customer service will contact you.
Ensure the item is in original packaging; the logistics provider will collect the return items and invoice. Any gifts must also be returned.
If the order allows Patriot to handle the invoice and return receipt, the refund process will begin after receiving the return. If not, Patriot will provide a “Sales Return Proof” for signature and return; the refund will be transferred to the designated account within 30 days (an interbank fee of NT$30 applies if not using E.Sun Bank).
Orders paid by credit card will be directly refunded to the card.
7-Day Inspection Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Patriot provides a 7-day inspection period (not a trial period) from the date of item receipt. Customers may apply for a return within this period to safeguard consumer rights.
